Boiled and Mashed Potato Corn Triangle Bites In Under 10 Minutes

Potato corn triangle bites is a unique, delicious, and crunchy snack recipe using boiled and mashed potatoes and corn. Due to their enticing texture, these triangle bites are the ideal evening snack as well as a noticeable treat. The potato and corn dough can be shaped into the desired triangle shape with the aid of Ecobake.

Ingredients

 

  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 Cup chopped boiled sweet corn
  • 2 Tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1/2 Tsp salt & 1/4 Tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tsp mix herbs & 1/2 Tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 Tsp corn flour & 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 Cup corn flour & 1/4 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 Cup water & Oil for frying

Directions

 

  • Grate boiled potatoes in a bowl and add boiled and chopped corn in a bowl. Add other ingredients like chopped coriander, red chilli flakes, black pepper, mixed herbs, etc., and make a dough.
  • Take Ecobake cooking paper and give a triangular shape to the dough by placing it on the Ecobake cooking paper. Cut the triangular dough into small pieces.
  • Dip the pieces in corn slurry and coat them in bread crumbs. Fry these coated pieces in oil and place the triangular bites on a plate. Serve them with tomato sauce or any dip of your choice.
