Palak or Spinach Paratha With Liquid Dough

A tasty and nutritious meal, spinach puree and other spices are used to make palak paratha. T his liquid paratha recipe is best enjoyed with curd and pickles. When you want to store parathas for a long time, Uniwraps paper foil helps to wrap them and keep them fresh and soft.

  • Spinach & Water
  • Coriander leaves & garlic cloves - 5 to 6
  • Green chillies - 2 & Onion - 1
  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 1 tsp & Salt as per taste



  • Wash and grind palak in a mixer jar and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  • Grind coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves, and sliced onion in a mixer jar and mix them with spinach puree.
  • Add salt, sugar and wheat flour to the puree to prepare the liquid dough. Heat a tawa and pour the dough over it.
  • Spread the dough on the tawa and cook on one side until bubbles appear. Flip the other side of the roti until brown spots appear.
  • Cook the rotis, wrap them in Uniwraps paper foil and keep them in a hot box to keep them soft and fresh.
