Panda-themed Birthday Cake

About the Recipe

One of the most popular cakes for children’s birthdays is the panda cake. It is delicious and gorgeous. Without using any oil or butter to grease the mould, Oddy Ecobake will help you bake the cake in the perfect shape. Additionally, it makes cake demolding simple.

Ingredients

 

  • Cake premix - 300 gm, Oil - 2.4 tbsp & Water
  • Whipping cream - 400 ml & 150 gm fondant
  • Pineapple crush - 6 tbsp & Green food gel
  • Pineapple essence, Edible golden paint & Sugar syrup

Directions

 

  • Prepare the cake batter by mixing cake premix, oil, and water. Once the batter is ready, transfer it to a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Bake the cake in a preheated oven or kadai. Divide the cake into four equal parts when it's baked and cooled.
  • Place the first layer of cake on the cake board and apply sugar syrup to it.Apply and spread whipped cream on it.
  • Add the crushed pineapple crush over the whipped cream and spread evenly. Repeat the same process for the next three layers.
  • Frost the cake completely after crumb-coating it. Prepare bamboo shoots, a panda head, and a panda as shown with the fondant.
  • Use them to decorate the cake as described. Make a grass pattern with the grass nozzle. Your panda-themed cake is ready!
