Bagel and Pesto are two delicious gifts of Europe. Bagel is a delicious bread and here we are with our new recipe to make it yummier! Hold your breaths as we bring to you a tasty twist of Pesto and Eggs on Bagels!

Ingredients

Oddy EcoBake Cooking Paper Circ;es
Pesto Sauce
Eggs
Cheese and Pizza Seasoning
Ketchup
Spring Onions

Directions

Take a bagel and cut it in half.
In an air fryer, keep an EcoBake Cooking Paper Circle in it's centre. In the middle of it, put some pesto sauce.
Place your Bagel on the Pesto Sauce and add egg in the middle.
Now add some grated cheese and seasonings on the top. Air Fry this for approx. 7-8 minutes.
Once it is done, take it out and garnish with some ketchup and spring onions. Serve hot.
