Poha Vada in 5 Minutes

About the Recipe

Make this poha vada for your breakfast or snacks. You need only a handful of ingredients to make this vada and takes very less time and effort. Ecobake helps in flattening and getting the perfect shape for your vadas without greasing and there is no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Poha - 1 cup & Water
  • Onion and green chillies
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt & Cumin seeds
  • Rice flour - 2 tbsp & Rava - 1 tbsp

Directions

 

  • Rinse and soak poha in water for 5 to 10 minutes. Mash the poha with your hands and mix the onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, and a pinch of salt with the poha.
  • Add rice flour and rava to the poha mixture and mix with water to form a dough. Take Ecobake cooking paper and place a portion of dough on it. Roll the dough into a smooth ball and flatten it using your hands.
  • Make a hole at the centre and repeat this process to make similar ones. Fry these vadas in hot oil until they turn crispy and golden brown in colour.
