Bread Roll Recipe in a Air Fryer

Try this bread roll recipe for your breakfast or pack them for your kids’ snacks. The potato filling, which we make here, is so versatile and can be used for making samosas, Frankies, or cutlets too. Ecobake nonstick liners aid in the baking of bread rolls in an air fryer by removing food residue from the air fryer basket.

Ingredients

 

  • Potatoes - 5 to 6 mashed
  • Onion and green chillies Oil
  • Cumin seeds & ginger
  • Coriander leaves & red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala- 1 tsp & Cottage cheese
  • Dry mango powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt and fried cashew nuts
  • Bread slices and water

Directions

 

  • Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds, onion, green chillies, and ginger. Add other ingredients to the kadai along with potatoes and cottage cheese to prepare the filling.
  • Once the filling is ready, take a bread slice and cut it into two halves. Dip the bread slice in water and squeeze the excess water with your palms.
  • Place the filling inside the bread slice and seal it to make a roll. Make similar rolls as per your requirements. Line your air fryer basket with Ecobake non-stick liner and place your rolls in it.
  • Bake these rolls for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C. Now open the aur fryer and brush the rolls with oil and bake them again for 5 minutes. Your bread rolls are ready in the air fryer in 20 minutes.
