Pink Pav Bhaji in Street Style

About the Recipe

Pav bhaji is an all-time favorite for everyone. This Indian street dish is highly liked. Spices like garam masala and pav bhaji masala are added to mashed vegetables. This is delicious beyond words. To keep pav soft and fresh for a long time in your lunch box, wrap them with Uniwraps paper foil.

Ingredients

 

  • Potatoes - 4, Carrots - 4, Beetroot - 1/4 & Peas - 1/4 cup
  • Cabbage - 1/4, Water, Oil - 2 tbsp & Onions - 2 to 4
  • Tomatoes - 5 to 6 (Pureed) & Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp & Pav Bhaji masala - 2 tbsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp, Pav & Salt as needed

Directions

 

  • Boil and cook vegetables in a pressure cooker for 3 to 4 whistles. Heat oil in a kadai, add ginger-garlic paste, capsicum, onions, and tomato puree and cook well.
  • Add garam masala, boiled veggies, and pav bhaji masala to the kadai and mix everything well. Once the raw smell goes, add salt and butter to the bhaji and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Fry pav pieces in a pan with butter. Pack them in your tiffin box using Uniwraps paper foil alongside the bhaji.
