Every household oftenly makes Kadhi Pakora at home, whether if there is a small occasion, normally or also on major occasions and interesting things is we all have our own method for this recipe. In this video you’ll get to know a different method for Kadhi Pakora to make it more tasty and different from the usual one.

Ingredients
- 2 Bowls Curd
- 1 + ¼ Bowl ChickPea flour
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Green Chili
- Oil
- 1 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
- ½ Tbsp Salt
- ¼ Tbsp of Carom Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
- ¼ Tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
- Pinch of Hing
- Curry leaves
- ½ + ¼ Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Large Onion
- Red Chili
- Indian Bay Leaves
Directions
- Take 2 bowls of curd and use a beater or in the mixer properly. Take half of the whisked curd out of the mixer and add 1 bowl of chickpea flour in it, and give it a mix. Now mix both the mixture and set it aside.
- Now, take some garlic and ginger and make their paste, grind the green chillies separately.
- In a Kadai add 2 tbsp of oil, ½ tbsp of Mustard seeds, 1 tbsp of cumin seeds, 1 tbsp of Fennel Seeds, ¼ tbs of Fenugreek seeds, a pinch of hing and few curry leaves, add ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp of green chili past, ½ tbsp of turmeric powder. Roast the spices for a little bit and add the curd and besan mixture that we prepared earlier, into the pan.
- Keep stirring constantly without break till it starts boiling, when it starts boiling remember to give it a stir in between and let it boil on low flame for about 20-25 mins.
- Meanwhile lets prepare Fritters(Pakoda), take a mixing bowl and add 1 large chopped onion in it, add ½ tbsp of salt, ¼ tbsp of turmeric powder, 1 tbsp of green chili paste, ¼ tbsp of carom seeds and ½ bowl of chickpea flour, mix them properly while adding some water.
- Make small fritters using your hand as shown in the video and deep fry them.
- You can store them for a while using Oddy Uniwraps food wrapping paper, to get rid from excess oil.
- Add these pakoras to the kadhai, and prepare the tarka using 2 red chillies, basil leaves, curry leaves, Hing and red chili powders as shown.
- Add the tarka to the Kadhi and your Rajasthani Style Kadhi is ready to serve.
