Rose Pistachio Blondie

About the Recipe

A blondie is a variety of dessert bar. It resembles a chocolate brownie, in place of cocoa Blondies also contain flour, butter, eggs, and baking powder and may also contain walnuts or pecans, white or dark chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, or other flavoured chips. I have skipped eggs here and also added pistachios. Use Oddy Ecobake for easy demolding.
