Sabudana Vrat Paratha

About the Recipe

Tasty, easy to make, and soft Sabudana Paratha special for Vrat. It requires very simple and few ingredients. While preparing the paratha, use Oddy Ecobake to roll out the paratha. It is non sticky, easy, convinent and reusable for all cooking purposes.

Ingredients

 

  • Grated 2-3 boiled potatoes,
  • 1 cup overnight soaked sabudana,
  • 1-2 finely chopped green chilies,
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder, rock salt as per taste,
  • 2 tbsp Rajgiri or sighada aata, 1-1.5 tbsp groundnut powder,
  • freshly chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp lime juice,
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • In a bowl take grated 2-3 boiled potatoes. Add 1 cup overnight soaked sabudana.
  • Add 1-2 finely chopped green chilies. ½ tsp black pepper powder, rock salt as per taste, 3 tbsp Rajgira or sighada aata, 1-1.5 tbsp groundnut powder, Add freshly chopped coriander leaves, add 1 tsp lime juice.
  • Mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough without use of water. Take Oddy Ecobake and cut as requied.
  • Place a small ball of dough on Oddy Ecobake and press and flaten it using fingers. Heat a tava, place and fry. Serve with green chutney or curd.
