Tasty and Nutty Almond Chocolate Cake

About the Recipe

You can make this moist and dense almond chocolate cake without eggs. It needs only a few ingredients and has a wonderful flavour. You can easily and quickly demold your cake after you’ve achieved the perfect shape for it with the help of Oddy Ecobake.

  • Almond - 1/2 cup & Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 200 ml, Oil - 1/4 cup & Oddy Ecobake
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp & Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Maida - 1 cup, Cocoa powder - 1.2 cup
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp & Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Choco chip - 2 tsp & Chopped mix nuts - 2 tsp



  • In a mixer jar, add almonds, sugar, and milk, and grind them to a paste.
  • Transfer the paste to a bowl. Add oil, vanilla extract, and vinegar, and mix it well.
  • Add maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder through a sieve to the bowl.
  • Mix everything well to prepare the cake batter. Add milk to adjust the consistency.
  • Add the chopped nuts to the batter and transfer it to a cake pan lined with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and bake the cake in a preheated oven or kadai.
  • After the cake has baked and cooled, cut it into small pieces and serve!
