Sacher Torte Cake

About the Recipe

Sacher Torte is a chocolate cake which was originally invented by Franz Sacher in 1832 for prince Metternich in Vienna. This cake has a spread of apricot jam in the middle. But our recipe doesn’t have that. Use Oddy Ecobake for hassle-free baking.
