Shortcut Vanilla Choco-chip Cake

Today we are going to look at the shortcut recipe for vanilla choco chip cake. This cake can be done with a premix as explained. Oddy Ecobake cooking paper circle helps to bake your cake without greasing the mold and to demold it easily.

Ingredients

Vanilla cake premix - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Milk - 3/4 cup
Choco chips as needed

Directions

Mix the cake premix with milk and oil to prepare the cake batter. Add choco chips to the cake batter.
Transfer the batter to a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake cooking paper circle.
Bake the cake for 30 minutes at 180 deg C in a preheated oven. Once the cake is ready, demold it and enjoy.
