A beater, two containers, water, and a few ice cubes are all you need to make butter at home for household use. When butter is kept in an airtight container lined with Oddy Ecobake, its shelf life is increased.

Cream collected from milk
In a mixing bowl, beat the frozen cream from the milk with a few ice cubes and ice water using an electric beater. After 4 to 5 minutes, you can see the butter separating from the liquid.
Separate the butter from the buttermilk as shown and drop it in another vessel with water. Wash the butter 2 to 3 times and place it in a bowl.
Now take a container and line it with Oddy Ecobake. Transfer the butter to the container, press well, and close the lid. You can store and use this butter for a month.
