Try this Bhindi parantha for your kids’ lunchbox. It is made from ladies finger or bhindi, stirred along with dry spice powders, and can be served with parantha. Ingredients

 

  • Mustard oil-1 tbsp & Asafoetida-1/4 tsp
  • Carom seeds-1/2 tsp & Fennel seeds-1/2 tsp
  • Onion -1 & Gram flour-1 tbsp
  • Green chili & Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder & Salt
  • Ladies finger/Bhindi-500 g & Dry mango powder-1/2 tsp & Parantha
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Heat mustard oil in a pan; add asafoetida, carom seeds, fennel seeds, chopped onion, and gram flour; stir well.
  • Now add green chili, turmeric powder, and red chili powder, along with salt to it, and stir well.
  • Then add the chopped bhindi, fry it well, and cook it on a low flame. Add dry mango powder and garam masala to it and mix well; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pack it in a lunchbox container. Serve it with parantha wrapped in Oddy Uniwraps to keep them fresh and hot for a long time.
