Suji Garlic Bread Without Yeast

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup Suji Or Rava - 1tbsp, Sugar - 1 tsp & Salt - 1 tsp
  • Oregano - 2 tbsp, Olive Oil - 1tbsp & Grated Garlic - 3/4 Cup
  • Milk - 1 tsp,  Vinegar - 2-3 tbsp & Water - 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp, Baking Soda - A pinch & Oddy Ecobake
  • Butter to brush on the bread & Grated Cheese for toppings 

Directions

 

  • Mix rava, salt, sugar, oregano, crushed garlic, and olive oil with milk to prepare a thick batter and let it rest for a while. After some time, add vinegar, water, baking soda, and baking powder to the batter and give them a good mix.
  • Transfer the batter to a mold lined with Oddy Ecobake. Place the mold in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for 40 minutes. Once baked, cut the bread into small slices, as shown.
  • Spread butter on the slices and garnish them with grated cheese, chilli flakes, and oregano. Arrange them on a baking tray lined with Oddy Ecobake. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 200 °C. Your tasty garlic bread is ready!
