Super Healthy Almond and Oats Cookies

It’s a simple cookie recipe, but the results are surprisingly amazing. Anyone can make cookies with this recipe. Oddy Ecobake is used to bake cookies without greasing the baking plate with oil or butter. Hence, no additional cleanup is needed.

Ingredients

 

  • Brown sugar - 1/4 cup & Butter - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp & Besan - 1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour - 1 tbsp & Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp & Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • Rolled oats - 1 cup & Milk as needed
  • Grated dark chocolate - 1/4 cup & almonds - 1/4 cup
  • Choco chips & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Beat sugar and butter in a bowl together with a whisk. Add vanilla essence to the mixture once it gets fluffy. Add the dry ingredients through a sieve and mix well.
  • Add rolled oats, grated chocolate, and sliced almonds to the mixture and combine well. Add milk as required to adjust the consistency of the dough.
  • Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them. Place the raw cookies on a baking plate lined with Oddy Ecobake. Add a few dark chocolate pieces to the raw cookies.
  • Bake them in a preheated kadai for 20 minutes. Once the cookies are baked, allow them to cool down for a while. Your crunchy almond oats cookies are ready!
