Delicious mithai roll recipe. Superfast to make and can be made with ingredients at your home, in just 10 minuṭes.

Ingredients
2 tbsp ghee
3/4 cup maida
3/4 cup sugar
Green gel colour
Silver vark
Directions
Add 2 tbsp ghee, 3/4 cup maida and roast for 4-5 minutes. (Until cooked aroma starts)
In another pan, add 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water. Stir until you
get sticky consistency.
Add the roasted flour to the sugar water and mix well until it starts thickening.
Add into a plate and seperate into equal portions. Add 2 drops green gel colour into one part and mix well.
Use oddy ecobake baking and cooking paper and place the mixture. Roll well to get a thin roll and cut into 2 halves. Repeat the same with the other half.
Apply silver vark to both the rolls.
Cut into small pieces and enjoy
