Tasty and Super Soft Idiyappams or Akki Shavige

About the Recipe

Idiyappam is made from rice flour and is called “string hopper” in English and “Akki Shivage” in Kannada. It is a common breakfast in South India. The Oddy Ecobake Non-Stick Liners are used to gently steam the idiyappams and make them non-stick with no need for additional cleanup.
