Ingredients

 

  • Besan -3/4cup & hing-3 pinch
  • turmeric -1/4tsp, salt & oil -1tsp
  • water -as required & oil -2tbsp
  • cumin-1/2tsp & ginger -1inch
  • garlic pods -5-6, chilli -2 & onion -1
  • tomato -2 & coriander powder-2tsp
  • chilli powder -1tsp & turmeric -1/4tsp
  • garam masala -1/2tsp & curd -3tbsp
  • paneer -25gm & salt to taste
  • kasuri methi -1tsp & fresh coriander
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Prepare a thick besan batter by mixing besan, hing, turmeric, salt, and oil with water. Take a perforated plate and line it with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Transfer the batter to a piping bag with a small cut in it. Make concentric circles on the Oddy Ecobake using the piping bag as shown.
  • Steam it for 3 to 4 minutes by keeping the plate on a vessel with boiling water. Your besan sev is done. Now make 4 or 5 like this and cut them into small pieces.
  • For making the gravy, heat the oil in a pan and add the ingredients. After combining everything, add the besan sev to the gravy. Garnish with grated paneer and chopped coriander leaves.
