Tutti Frutti Cake with Wheat Flour

About the Recipe

There is no butter in this soft and buttery tutti-frutti cake. The cake itself is so soft and moist. Here we are going to make the cake with wheat flour. Oddy Ecobake helps you get the perfect shape for your cake without the need for additional cleanup.

  • Egg 1, Sugar 1/2 cup & Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Curd 1/4 cup, Milk 1/4 cup & Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp & Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt a pinch & Tutti fruity a handful
  • Oddy Ecobake



  • In a bowl, beat one egg with sugar using a beater or hand mixer. Combine the egg-sugar mixture with the vanilla essence and curd.
  • Add the dry ingredients through a sieve to the bowl. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together to prepare the batter. Transfer the batter to a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Bake the cake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C. Once the cake is baked and cooled, cut it into small pieces and enjoy.
