Two Minutes Birthday Cake

Make your loved ones a slice of this simple and delicious birthday cake. You can complete it quickly; neither special ingredients nor tools are required. Oddy Ecobake, which is greaseproof and non-stick, is cut into a square mold and baked to produce a wonderfully smooth cake.

Ingredients

All purpose flour-6 tbsp & Powdered sugar-3 tbsp
Baking powder-2 pinches & Baking soda-1 pinch
Milk-8 tbsp & Butter-2 spoon
Tutti-frutti & Vinegar
Oddy Ecobake

Directions

Take all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and baking soda into a bowl, whisk, and mix everything together with milk gradually to form a smooth batter.
Then add butter to it and mix well. The batter is ready. Mix a little flour into the tutti-frutti and add it to the batter. Now add vinegar to it and mix.
Cut oddy Ecobake into required size and fold it into a square mould as shown. Transfer the batter into it and also add tutti-frutti on top.
Bake for 2 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius in an oven. Take it out of the oven after it has fully baked.
Remove Oddy Ecobake, unmould, and cut edges. Scrape off the top layer, decorate with cream, and enjoy.
