Crunchy Peanut Chikki In 10 minutes

Crispy Peanut Chikki is full of nutrition and healthy for kids and adults. Try this recipe this winter, it is easy and just takes 10 minutes. Use Oddy Ecobake to set the peanut masala. It is easy to remove and needs no oil greasing. It is greaseproof, healthy and reusable.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon clarified
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Roast the peanuts on a low flame. Don't burn the peanuts. Remove skills and separate the pieces into half.
  • Take a pan and melt the sugar without water till it form a syrup consistency. Add ghee and mix again.
  • Then add the peanuts and mix well into the sugar syrup. Keep Oddy Ecobake ready. Pour the peanut mixture on Oddy Ecobake and place another sheet of Oddy Ecobake.
  • With a rolling pin, flaten then peanut mixture. Cut the chikki into square shapes. Allow it to set for one hour and then separate the cubes.
