You can use Ecobake to make garnishes of different sizes and shapes. All you have to do is spread the chocolate ganache on Ecobake cooking paper and let it dry. You can cut the ganache into the desired shape when it is semi-set and dry again for 5 more minutes. Use these chocolate garnishes to decorate your cakes or cupcakes.
