  • Eno-1/4 tsp & Choco chips-2 tbsp
  • Butter scotch sauce/milk-1 tbsp
  • Milk chocolate chips-150 g

Directions

  • Add the ground chocolate biscuits to a bowl and mix with milk to make a soft dough. Add Eno if needed. Transfer the batter to a baking tray lined with oddy Ecobake cooking paper tray. Bake the cake on a preheated deep bottom vessel covered on a medium flame for 7 minutes.
  • Check if the cake has baked. Let it cool. Melt the chocolate using the double boiler method and let it cool. Crumble the cake sponge using a fork, take it in a bowl, add chocolate chips, butterscotch syrup, and mix well. Make it into small balls. Take a transparent sheet, stick it to a board.
  • Apply chocolate syrup as shown. Arrange the cake balls on it as shown, and pour chocolate syrup all over to cover the cake balls. Clean around the sheet using a kitchen towel. Decorate the bubble cake using chocolate syrup filled in a piping bag. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Our delicious bubble cake is ready.
