About the Recipe

One Minute Cookie recipe is an instant and quick cookie. Just a few ingredients and bake it in one minute. Before baking anything, always line the baking tray with Oddy Ecobake. This helps in the batter from not sticking to the base.

Ingredients

40 gm melted butter. (microwave it)
20 gm milk, 50 gm sugar
pinch of salt, 100 gm maida, 1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions

In a bowl, take 40 gm melted butter. (microwave it). Add 20 gm milk, 50 gm sugar.
Mix all ingredients well. Add a pinch of salt. Then add 100 gm maida, 1/4 tsp baking soda.
Mix well to form a smooth stiff dough. Now take a baking tray, place Oddy Ecobake. Place the cookie dough.
Slightly flatten the dough in the shape of a cookie. Bake the cookie for 1 - 1.25 minutes. Cooke is ready.
