Mini Choco Fudge Brownie is a quick one-minute recipe. Try it out for kids when they crave sweets. Take a microwave-safe small container, and line it with Oddy Ecobake for a safe and easy baking process. It also saves time from scrubbing containers.

Ingredients

30 gm dark chocolate, 20 gm butter
30 gm sugar or powdered sugar, 20 gm milk (at room temperature)
45 gm maida, Oddy Ecobake
chopped dark chocolate compound

Directions

Take a bowl, add 30 gm dark chocolate, 20 gm butter. Melt it in microwave or through double boiler method. Mix both together.
Next add 30 gm sugar or powdered sugar, 20 gm milk (at room temperature) Keep on mixing and stirring so that no lumps are formed.
Then add 45 gm maida, Mix well for a smooth batter. Take a small microwave safe container and line it with Oddy Ecobake.
Transfer the batter into the container. Granish with chopped dar chocolate compound. Microwave it for one minute and 30 seconds.
