Chocolate Cake is everyone’s favorite. Here is a simple, quick recipe with a different design. Tr this festive season for family members. Using Oddy Ecobake Brown has simplified baking at home. Now seamless cake removal, saving time with greasing and washing cake tin is solved with Oddy Ecobake Brown.

Ingredients

 

  • 2 cups premix, 1 cup water and 3 tbsp oil
  • 6 inch cake baking tin with Oddy Ecobake Brown
  • 100-125 ml whipped cake and chocolate ganache
  • few drop of Belgium chocolate essence
  • N46 nozzle and sugar balls for decoration

Directions

 

  • In a bowl take 2 cup premix, 1 cup water and 3 tbsp oil. Mix well for smooth cake batter. Line a 6 inch cake baking tin with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Bake the cake for 35-40 mins at 180 degree celsius. Allow it to cool and remove from cake tin. Cut it into three layers.
  • Place a layer on board, spray water on it. Apply cake and chocolate ganashe and few drop of Belgium chocolate essence. Mix well and coat the cake layer.
  • Again apply little chocolate ganache for added flavor. Even the cream and repeat the steps for the rest of the cake.
  • Do the crumb coating with same chocolate cream icing, and for frosting use plain white whipped cream. Even all the sides, remove extra cream.
  • With a triangle, comb card give the sides extra pattern. Next with help of finger tips, make a pattern of chocolate ganashe on one half of the cake as shown in the video.
  • On second half of the cake, pour chocolate ganache into a piping bag and give drip effect by pouring it on the cake and the sides.
  • Using N46 nozzle, pout in the chocolate ganache mixed with cream mixture and make a design at the bottom and on the centre of the cake. Add sugar balls for decoration.
