Tempting and Flavourful Cabbage Paratha

About the Recipe

Today we are going to see how to make cabbage paratha for this winter season. It bursts with flavour and tastes amazing in this weather when packed for lunch. Oddy Uniwraps are used to wrap the parathas to keep them fresh and soft before packing them in your tiffin box.

Ingredients

 

  • Cabbage - 1.5 Medium, Oil - 2 tbsp & Onion - 1
  • Salt as needed & Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed ginger and garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric and Red chilli powder & Garam masala
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp & Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Heat oil in a pan and add ajwain and onion to it. Saute well.
  • Add grated cabbage, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and garam masala and cook well.
  • Once the cabbage filling is completely cooked, transfer it to a bowl. Add lemon juice to it and mix well.
  • Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it using a rolling pin. Fill and seal it with a cabbage filling.
  • Cook the cabbage paratha on both sides.Wrap it in Oddy Uniwraps and pack it in your lunch box.
