90s Kids’ Favorite Coffee Bites Recipe

Today we are going to see how to make the 90s kids’ favorite coffee bites recipe. It tastes amazing, has a coffee flavor, and just melts in your mouth. Oddy Ecobake helps you spread and set the coffee-caramel mixture without greasing the mold. Once the chocolate has been set, you can remove the Oddy Ecobake very easily.

Ingredients

Milk - 250 ml & Corn flour - 2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp & Hot Milk - 3 tbsp
Instant coffee powder - 3 tsp & Sugar - 250 gm + 60 gm
Butter - 1 tbsp, Salt - 1/4 tsp & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

In a pan, mix corn flour and milk together until they form a thick liquid. In a cup, combine instant coffee powder and hot milk to prepare the coffee concoction.
In another saucepan, melt the sugar and add the milk and corn flour mixture once it is caramelized. Give them a good mix. Add the coffee concoction and combine well.
At this stage, add another 60 g of sugar and butter to the mixture and mix well. Once the mixture attains the desired consistency, as shown, switch off the stove.
Transfer the mixture to a mould lined with Oddy Ecobake and spread it evenly. Refrigerate it for 2 hours, and then demold it. Remove the Oddy Ecobake and cut the chocolate into small pieces. Your tasty coffee bites are ready!
