A Designer Cake with Beautiful Flowers

Try this new cake decoration technique for your next special event. These customized cakes are not easily available in bakeries. Oddy Ecobake helps you get the perfect shape for your cake without using oil or butter. It also helps in demolding the cake easily.

  • Milk - 1/2 cup, Vinegar - 2 tsp & Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp, Vanilla essence - 1 tsp & Maida - 100 gm
  • Milk powder - 2 tbsp & Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1/4 tsp, milk - 1 tsp & Oddy Ecobake
  • Whipping cream - 1 cup & Pink, green, red & Yellow food gel
  • Mango fruit crush, sugar & Strawberry fruit crush



  • Prepare buttermilk by mixing vinegar with milk and leaving it for 10 minutes. Add the wet and dry ingredients to the buttermilk and mix well to prepare the cake batter.
  • Transfer the cake batter to a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into three equal parts.
  • Place the first layer on the cake board and soak it with sugar syrup. Apply whipped cream and spread any fruit crush on it. Similarly, frost the other two cake layers and level them with a spatula.
  • Frost the cake completely with whipped cream and make a spiral design on the top of it with a cake comb. Make yellow flowers with a small rose petal nozzle.
  • Make pink flowers with the Noor 36 nozzle and arrange them on the cake as shown. Make small red dots on the yellow flowers and leaves with green cream. Your beautiful cake is ready!
