Bakery Style Mango Cupcakes

Summer is the season of mangoes. So it’s time to bake a perfect and delicious mango cupcake. This recipe is very easy and quick to bake, it requires fewer ingredients too. While baking, line the cupcake tray with Oddy Uniwraps, it is safe, convenient, and easy to use as a cupcake liner.

  • 100 grams vanilla premix, 50 gram water
  • Little Mango emulsion (alternative mango essence)
  • Little Yellow edible color,¼ tsp cake gel
  • 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tbsp mango syrup/squash
  • 2 tsp mango crush/filling/ fresh chopped mangoes
  • Oddy Uniwraps



  • In a bowl, take vanilla premix, add water, mango emulsion, yellow edible color, and cake gel. Mix and whisk it well.
  • Then add melted butter and mango syrup and whisk it well to a smooth consistency.
  • Lastly, add mango filling or if fresh mangoes are available then add small mango chunks. Give it a good final mix.
  • Take cupcake mold. Line it with Oddy Uniwraps in the shape of a cupcake liner. Pour the cupcake batter with help of a piping bag.
  • Tap the mold and bake it at 180 degrees for 15-20 mins. Once done, it is ready to serve.
