  • Recipe for one kg chicken For marination: 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • ½ cup mint leaves (pudina), 4-5 green spicy chilies
  • 1 cup kasoori methi, 1 whole garlic, 1-inch ginger
  • 10-15 cashews, 2 medium-sized sliced and fried,
  • 5-7 tbsp hung curd, 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chat masala
  • 2 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp jeera powder
  • Salt as required, 2-3 tbsp lemon juice, Oddy Ecobake



  • Make a smooth paste of the ingredients mentioned for marination. Grind in a mixer until a fine and smooth paste is obtained.
  • Marinate the washed chicken pieces and keep them in the refrigerator for at least 6-8 hours.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 mins. Remove from oven once done.
  • Served with onion rings, sauce or chutney and pieces of lime.
