Unique Triple Chocolate Flavoured Cake

Unique Triple flavored chocolate cake very yummy and delicious. It is easy and requires less ingredients to bake this cake. For baking bakes, always line it with Oddy Cooking paper circles. It comes in precut circle shape and is convenient to use as well. It is non sticky and grease-free, which helps in the easy removal of cake after baking.

  • 180 gm premix, 100 gm water,1 tbsp oil
  • 50 gm milk chocolate, 50 gm white chocolate,
  • 100 grm dark chocolate, 3-4 drops of Belgium chocolate essence
  • 100 gm whipping cream, Roasted and chopped dry fruits (almonds and walnuts)
  • Colored edible sprinklers, Oddy cooking paper circles.



  • In a bowl, make a smooth batter of premix, water and oil. Take a 6inch cake mold. Line it with Oddy Cooking Paper Circles, and pour the batter uniformly into it. Spread the batter, tap and bake it at 180 degrees for 25-30 mins.
  • In another bowl, take three chocolates and melt them. Mix it well. Add to it Belgium chocolate essence and whipping cream. Mix it well and allow it to set in the fridge for one hour. Remove from fridge and beat it well with a beater. Ganache is ready.
  • Now, slice the baked cake into three layers. Soak the last layer with water and apply the triple chocolate ganache and some chopped fry fruits.
  • Complete the rest of the cake with the same steps. Now crumb coat the entire cake. Then place the cake to set in the fridge for 15-20 mins.
  • After 20 mins, remove from fridge. Melt the ganache to a liquid state in the microwave for 2-3 seconds. Pour the liquid ganache into the entire cake.
  • With a card scrapper, level and smoothen the sides of the cake. Create a swirl design on top side of the cake with the help of a spoon. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and sprinklers.
