About the Recipe

This is a unique fusion recipe of pizza and burger. It was recently introduced and popularised by a popular chain in India and has been now adapted in different ways. Use Oddy Ecobake Non Stick Liners to make Burgerizza in the most convenient way.

  • Veggies- Chopped onion & capsicum, boiled corn, paneer and tomato
  • Pizza pasta sauce- 1 tsp
  • Mayonnaise- 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper- 1/4 tsp each
  • Oregano & chilli flakes
  • Oddy Ecobake Non Stick Liners



  • In a mixing bowl, take all the veggies and mix it well with pizza pasta sauce. Then add in the mayonnaise followed by some salt and pepper.
  • Mix all the ingredients well to prepare the filling. Cut the burger buns in two pieces.
  • On the bottom part, spread the filling as shown. Top it with diced cheese.
  • Line your airfryer tray with Oddy Ecobake Non Stick Liners and keep the bottom buns on the plate. Preheat airfryer for 2 minutes at 200 Degrees.
  • Now insert the tray at the uppermost rack. Then airfry it for 5-6 minutes at 200 Degrees. Keep checking in between though till the cheese melts.
  • Garnish it with Oregano and chilli flakes. Your delicious Burgerizzas are ready to serve.
