Green Chilli Prawns

About the Recipe

A sizzling combination of sautéed prawns, sauces, fresh green chillies and capsicums is very appetizing. This recipe can be prepared in less time and uses very few and basic ingredients. Store the sauteed prawns in Oddy Uniwraps to keep them fresh.

Ingredients

 

  • Shrimps- 25 pieces & 1/2 lemon juice
  • Green masala (coriander, 3 green chillis, 7 garlic cloves and ginger)
  • 2 tsp all purpose flour & 2-3 tbsp corn flour
  • Sauces- 2 tsp soya sauce, red chilli and tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar & 2 green chillis
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic& 4-5 spring onions
  • 1 capsicum & salt
  • oil & Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Take 25 pieces of shrimps in a bowl and add pink salt, lemon juice and green masala. Mix all of this well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Now add all purpose flour and corn flour followed by all the sauces. Mix all of the ingredients well.Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the prawns.
  • Fry for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook from the other side as well.
  • Take out the fried prawns in a plate lined with Oddy Uniwraps and you can pack them as well using it.
  • In the same kadhai, take some oil and add green chillies, spring onions and capsicum.
  • Then add in some chopped garlic and saute it for a while. Add salt and remaining green masala.
  • Now put in the sauces. Add fried prawns to this and stir.
  • Garnish with green spring onions and serve them hot with ketchup.
