Cake is a must item on that special birthday occasion. We have been trying out variety of cake recipes since pandemic. The most tricky thing is to decorate the cake like we get in a cake shop. Here are few simple and easy tricks to decorate a cake at your home.

Ingredients
- Whipping Cream - 1.5 Cups
- Pink Gel Food Color - 2 to 3 drops
- Milk - 2tbsp.
- Golden Sugar balls
Directions
- Take a 6-inch bake tin and place Oddy Ecoback cooking and baking paper in it
- Pour the cake batter into the tin and bake it for 45 to 50 minutes in a preheated utensil. (cake batter/Flavor of your choice)
- Once done keep aside for cooling

- For the frosting: the 1.5 cups of whipping cream (Whip the cream with a whisker or electronic beater)
- Divide the cake into 3 parts and do the frosting and also cover the outer cake with whipped cream
- Use the cake scrapper and spatula to make the cake’s outer layer smooth
- In a bowl take 3 tbsp. whip cream and add 2 drops of pink gel food color
- Transfer the pink cream to a closed start-shaped Nosal pipping bag
- Then at the bottom of the cake create small flowers outline with the help of a Nosal pipping bag
- Take the remaining pink cream in a bowl and add 1 more drop of Pink gel food color to it
- Now add 2tbsp. milk to the cream and make a liquid form of cream
- Take a big whisker and dip it in the liquid
- Take the whisker on the cake and slowly run the fingers on the whisker to sprinkle the cream on top of the cake.
- Repeat the same with small whisker
- Take 120no. Nosal and one small bowl
- Pour the remaining cream into Nosal pipping bag
- On the backside of the bowl prepare a decorative flower and place it on the cake (Optional)
- Now, sprinkle golden sugar balls on top
