About the Recipe

The ingredients for a chocolate chip cookie include flour, butter, brown and white sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chips, eggs, and vanilla. They are combined to make the cookie dough. It can be offered to your children as a snack or with a hot cup of tea or coffee. Using Oddy Ecobake, which is incredibly practical, reusable numerous times, and safe to use in an oven, the cookies are baked flawlessly and without sticking.

Ingredients

 

  • Sugar- ½ cup & Brown sugar or jaggery- ¾ cup
  • Refined Oil or melted butter- ½ cup & Egg-1
  • Vanilla essence-2 drops & All-purpose flour- 1 ¼ cup
  • Baking powder-1 tsp & Baking soda- ½ tsp & Chocolate chips- ½ cup
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Mix together sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and oil in a mixing bowl until they combine and the sugars melt completely.
  • Then add an egg to it and vanilla essence to it, and whisk well. Then add the sifted flour, baking soda, and baking powder to it and mix well.
  • Then add chocolate chips to it and mix to make a thick batter. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Line a baking plate with Oddy Ecobake. Take the batter out of the fridge and scoop it onto the baking plate, leaving a gap between each of them.
  • Bake the cookies for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven. The cookies are perfectly crisp on the outside and crunchy inside.
