Ingredients

Butter - 100 grams
1/2 cup fine sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup maida
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt & 2 tbsp milk

Directions

In a bowl, add 100 grams of butter kept at room temperature. Whisk it well for 405 minutes till it becomes fluffy.
Add 1/2 cup fine sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence and whisk it well for another 1 minute.
Sieve the dry ingredients - 1 cup maida, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 pinch of salt. Mix all of this well.
Now add 2 tbsp milk and knead it into a dough like consistency. Take small balls of dough for baking cookies.
Line the baking tray with Oddy Ecobake and spread the cookies on it. Preheat the OTG or oven for 10 minutes.
Now bake the cookies for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. The cookies are ready to serve.
