Healthy Homemade Granola

About the Recipe

Granola is quite simple to make and provides a delicious breakfast or snack. It includes oats and a variety of seeds, including flax, sunflower, and pumpkin. With the aid of Oddy Ecobake, you may bake the granola mixture without worrying about it sticking to the baking tray.

Ingredients

 

  • Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds & Flax seeds
  • Chia seeds, Cranberries & Oats
  • Warm water - 1/4 cup & Cashews, pistachios, Almonds
  • Ginger powder, cinnamon powder, and salt(spice mix)

Directions

 

  • Add all the seeds to a bowl so that they make 1 cup in quantity together. Then, add 1 cup of oats or more to the seeds and thoroughly combine. Soak the oats and seeds with 1/4 cup of warm water.
  • Transfer them to a baking tray lined with Oddy Ecobake. Add cranberries and dry fruits like cashews, raisins, etc. to the mixture and give it a good mix. Add the spice mix at the end to enhance the taste.
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C. Bake the mixture for 20 minutes. Take the tray out and give it a good mix. Again, bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C. Your healthy homemade granola is ready!
