Cocoa Coffee Snack Cake In an Oven

About the Recipe

Due to the addition of coffee, this extremely moist and chocolaty cocoa coffee snack cake has a strong chocolate flavor. With Ecobake parchment paper, you can effortlessly demould your cake and achieve the ideal shape without using any oil.

Ingredients

 

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - ¾ cup (90 grams)
  • Cocoa Powder - ⅓ cup or Egg - 1
  • Sugar - ¾ cup 150 grams or Oil - ⅓ cup 80 ml
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp or Baking Soda - 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp & Salt a pinch
  • Warm Coffee - ¾ cup 180 ml

Directions

 

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and keep it aside. Put the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and mox them together.
  • Mix half of the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and combine well to prepare the cake batter.
  • Add warm coffee prepared by mixing coffee powder with 200 ml of water into the batter and mix well.
  • Add the remaining dry ingredients to the batter and mix well. Transfer this cake batter into a cake mould lined with Ecobake parchment paper.
  • Bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees C. Once the cake is baked and cooled a bit, cut the cake into pieces and enjoy.
