If you have leftover cold coffee, then you can make a coffee cake using it. Sounds weird? Well, it isn’t. This cake will turn out delicious and coffee-flavoured. A perfect recipe for all coffee lovers. Ecobake helps in getting the perfect coffee cake without any greasing and no need for cleaning afterward.

Ingredients

1 can cold coffee
1 cup maida
Sugar
1 tbsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Chocolate powder
Chocolate syrup
Oddy Ecobake

Directions

Take 1 can of cold coffee. Add 1 cup maida, baking powder, powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Mix batter well.
Line baking tray with Oddy Ecobake and pour batter in it. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Demould it and cut it according to your preferred shape. Garnish it with chocolate sauce and enjoy.
