Being unsure about what to do with leftover rice at home.  Then, prepare these delicious and crispy rice crackers and share them with your family. Leftover rice is combined with a few additional ingredients to make this rice cracker, which is then air-fried.   • Leftover rice
  • Soy sauce
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Spring Onion

  • Mash the cooked leftover rice well in a bowl.
  • Mix soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, and sesame seeds into it. Now combine them well.
  • Take a portion of this mixture in an Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray.
  • Flatten it. Garnish with sesame seeds.
  • Now air-fry it for 20 minutes. Cut into triangles.
  • Garnish with Sriracha sauce and spring onions. Serve hot.
