Khajur pak is a delicious and healthy dessert snack made with dates and dry fruits. It is very simple and easy to make. Oddy Ecobake is used to spread and set the khajur pak without the need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients
- 500 grams dates & 1/2 cup almond
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts & 1/2 cup pista
- 1/2 cup gundar & 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup walnut & 2 to 3 tbs dry ginger powder
- 2 to 3tbs pipra mul powder & 1 ts cardemom powder
- 1/2 ts nutmag powder & 2 tbs poppy seeds
- Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circle
Directions
- Grind soft, deseeded dates in a mixer jar to make a thick paste. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of ghee and roast the gundar in it. Transfer the roasted gundar onto a plate.
- Add 2 tablespoons of ghee to the pan and roast the dry fruits in it. Add 2 tablespoons ghee and suate dates pasted in ghee once more. Once the date paste is cooked well, add the dry fruits and crunched gundar to it.
- Add dry ginger powder, pipra mul powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, and poppy seeds to the date mixture.
- Once everything is cooked well, transfer the date mixture to a plate lined with an Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circle. Allow it to sit for 15 minutes before cutting it into small pieces. Your khajur pak is ready.
