Dominos Style Calzone Pocket At Home is very delicious and has the exact taste of Dominos. It has a dash of cheese, veggies, and spices that makes it yummy to eat. While baking the calzone pocket, line the tray with Oddy Ecobake for smooth and easy no-cleaning baking. Oddy Ecobake is safe, convenient, and reusable for future use.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp yeast, and 1/2 cup lukewarm water
- 2 cups maida, 1 tbsp oil + 1 tsp+ 1 tbsp, and salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp ginger chili paste, 2 chopped tomatoes,
- 1 capsicum, 1/2 cup cabbage, 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn, 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder,
- 1/2 garam masala, 1 tsp chat masala, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tbsp chili sauce,
- 200 gram mashed paneer, two slices of cheese, Oddy Ecobake
- mozzarella cheese, and a half slice of regular cheese,
- 1 tbsp corn flour and 1/4 tsp red chili powder
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, take 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp yeast, and 1/2 cup lukewarm water, and mix well till sugar dissolves. Cover and let it rest for 10 min. After that give it a gentle mix.
- In the same bowl add 2 cups maida 1 tbsp oil, and salt to taste and mix well. Then knead the dough. Add 1 tsp oil and knead again. Cover and let it rest for 1-1.5 hours.
- In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1/2 tsp ginger chili paste, and fry it. Add vegetables - 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 capsicum, 1/2 cup cabbage, 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn. Slightly cook it till crispy.
- Add 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder and mix well. With a masher, gently mash all vegetables together for a few seconds. Then add 1/2 garam masala, 1 tsp chat masala, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tbsp chili sauce, 200 gram mashed paneer and two slices of cheese.
- Mix everything well. Allow it to cool. Now sprinkle some maida on the dough and punch out the air from the dough. Add a tbsp oil and knead again.
- Take Oddy Ecobake and cut it as required as per the baking tray. Place the Oddy Ecobake on the tray. Next, using little oil, make three parts of the dough.
- Take a ball of dough, sprinkle corn flour, and roll out a chapati as thick as a bhakhri. Wet the chapati with water, and add two tbsp of filling, mozzarella cheese, and a half slice of regular cheese.
- Cover the fold, and with a fork press the edges gently. Take 1 tbsp corn flour and 1/4 tsp red chili powder. Mix well. Sprinkle this powder on Oddy Ecobake and place the calzone pocket on the powder.
- Sprinkle more powder on the top part of the calzone pocket. Make three slits on it. Cover and let it rest for 1-1.5 hours. Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 C degrees for 15-20 mins.
