Eggless Fudgy Brownie

About the Recipe

The brownies are  super fudgy, moist, and chocolaty, with crispy edges and crackly tops. This recipe shows you how to make brownies without eggs and with simple ingredients. The brownies are decorated with nutella, choco chips and almonds. This is a must try recipe if you love chocolates. Ingredients

 

  • Brown Sugar - 1 Cup (190 gm) & Chopped Dark Chocolate - 1 Cup (140 gm)
  • Butter - 1/2 Cup (100 gm) & Thick Curd - 1/2 Cup (100 gm)
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp & Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp & Baking Soda -1/4 Tsp
  • Pinch of Salt & Sifted All-Purpose Flour - 1 Cup (130 gm)
  • Nutella
  • Oddy Ecobake Brown

Directions

 

  • Take brown sugar, chopped dark chocolate, and butter in a bowl, melt them using the double boiler method, and beat well.
  • Add thick curd to it and beat it again. Now, using the cut and fold method, combine the vanilla essence, baking powder, baking soda, a pinch of salt, and sifted all-purpose flour.
  • Add milk gradually and mix well. Line a 6" baking tray with brown Oddy Ecobake. Pour the batter into it and spread it well using a ladle.
  • Preheat the kadai for 10 minutes on a low flame. Bake the brownies for 30 minutes on medium heat. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius if you are using an oven.
  • Check with a toothpick; if the toothpick comes out clean, the brownies are done. The use of Oddy Ecobake Brown made demolding of cake easy.
  • Then cut into pieces as shown. Decorate with Nutella and dry nuts all over the cake. The eggless, fudgy brownie is ready.
