Dry Fruits Till Mava Roll

An easy to make sweet dish which is loaded with dry fruits and sesame seeds. This sweet dish is very crunchy and tastes incredible. Adding jaggery as a substitute for sugar makes it healthier and adds great taste to our Mava roll. Your friends and family will really love this mava roll. Oddy Ecobake helps to set and make perfect roll for the sweet dish.

Ingredients

 

  • White sesame seeds 250 gms
  • Jaggery 250 gms
  • Milk powder 150 gms
  • 3/4th cup milk
  • Chopped almons, cashew and pista
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • In a non-stick pan, dry roast these same seeds. Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Keep some sesame seeds aside and in a mixer add the sesame seeds and grind it into a coarse powder.
  • In the same non-stick pan add milk powder. Now add milk little by little to avoid any lumps. Keep stirring the mixture. It should become thick and become like mava consistency. Now add jaggery and mix well till all the jaggery melts.
  • Now add the roasted sesame seeds. Mix it well into the mixture. Switch off the gas. Take Oddy Ecobake and use it for rolling. Transfer the mixture in Oddy Ecobake and pat it evenly with a spatula.
  • Make sure the mava roll mixture is still hot while you are setting it. Now roll it with a rolling pin. Add oil or ghee in the pin the avoid the mixture sticking in it. Now add chopped dry fruits and leftover sesame seeds. And once it is cooled completely slowly roll the mixture as shown in the video.
  • Keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Once it is set remove from refrigerator and slowly remove the Oddy Ecobake. Oddy Ecobake is non-sticky and chlorine -free, safe to use for cooking and baking purposes. Now add more sesame seeds all over our Mava roll and cut it into equal pieces and serve. Our delicious Till Mava roll loaded with Dry Fruits is ready
