Eggless dry fruit chocolate cake

  • 6-inch cake tin
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3/4th cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4th cup Milk powder
  • 1/4th cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4th cup refined oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4th tsp baking soda
  • Dates, raisins, tutti fruity 4 tbsp
  • Cashew, almonds, walnuts 4 tbsp
  • Coco chips 2 tbsp



  • Preheat the Kadai. In a bowl add milk, powdered sugar, milk powder and cocoa powder. Whisk the mixture to avoid any lumps. Now heat the mixture just for 30-40 secs to make it warm. Or you can directly add lukewarm milk to the mixture.
  • Now remove from heat and add oil and vanilla essence and mix well. In a sieve add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and it in our cake mixture. Whisk again to prevent lumps. Add all your fry fruits, favourite nuts and choco chips in it
  • Now in a 6-inch baking tin, cover the base and sides with ODDY ECOBAKE BROWN. Its non-sticky and non-greasy nature helps to demold the cake easily.
  • Pour the batter into the tin, add some more dry fruits and choco chips on top. Tap to avoid any air bubbles and keep in the kadai for cooking. Keep it covered and cook for 35-40 mins on medium flame. Once baked let it cool down. Demold the cake and enjoy. Our dry fruit cake is ready to relish.
