Eggless Chocolaty Cookie Bars

With lovely undertones of brown sugar and all-purpose flour, these soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie bars are really simple to create and packed with delicious chocolate flavor. With Oddy Ecobake, you can get the ideal shape for your cookie bars without the need for additional cleanup or greasing.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup melted butter & 1/2 Cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp cocoa powder & 1 Cup all purpose flour
1 Tsp baking powder, 5 Tbsp milk & 1/4 Cup choco chips

Directions

Prepare the batter by mixing melted butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl.
Then add cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and milk to make a thick batter.
Add chocolate chips to the batter and mix well. Transfer the dough into a baking tray lined with Oddy Ecobake.
Bake the cookie cake bar in an oven at 180 deg C for 15 minutes.
Once the cookie bar is baked completely, garnish with chocolate ganache and enjoy.
