Ellu Holige/Til Poli

About the Recipe

If you are excited about the upcoming Makar Sankranti festival and planning to make a nice Indian sweet, then this recipe shows you how to make Til Poli from til seeds, jaggery, and whole wheat flour. This Maharashtrian dish is sweet, soft, delicious, and best enjoyed with ghee. If you want a non-sticky and non-greasy Poli, then use Oddy Ecobake, which is very convenient and reusable, to roll the dough flat.
